Venice
Venice is a city in northeastern Italy and the capital of the Veneto region. It is a beautiful city, and quite unique. It is a group of small islands separated by many small canals, divided by the Grand Canal, and connected by many bridges.
In the North Lagoon there are several islands to explore, of which the two most popular are Burano and Murano. Burano is probably the most photographed, with its characteristic brightly painted buildings. Murano is famous for its glass production, with many small factories giving demonstrations of glass blowing.
It’s a photographer’s paradise, but the main problem is finding places that have not already been splattered across the internet. Still, if all else fails, have a beer in one of the many bars and watch the world go by.
