Lake Garda is the largest fresh water lake in Italy situated in the North close to Verona. It is surrounded by mountains, the highest accessible by cable car being Monte Baldo. The shoreline is dotted with picturesque villages, easily reached by water taxi. This is undoubtedly a photographers paradise.
